Discount Tire is great to work with. Their technicians are courteous and friendly. We had a low tire but couldn't tell which h one. You just pull into the designated air station area and they'll check all you tires and make sure they're at the right psi. We had a nail in one so the tech marked the area and we made an appointment. They make it so easy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire thanks to Darien! I came in for my 8:15 appointment to have my tires inspected, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and had me in and out quickly. Later that day, I hit a pothole just a couple of blocks away, and it completely blew out one of my tires. I went right back, and Darien got me in immediately and had my tire replaced as quickly as possible. With my busy schedule, I really appreciated how efficiently he took care of everything. Darien’s customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend asking for Darien if you visit Discount Tire. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

I had a serious tire issue that put me in a really difficult spot, and I was feeling pretty stressed when I walked into the Discount Tire at 104th and Colorado. I am so glad I did, because Darien was there to help. I want to specifically commend Darien for being an absolutely outstanding human being. I was overwhelmed and genuinely touched by the kindness and willingness to help I received here; he took the time to understand my situation and did everything in his power to ensure I got back on the road today. What really stood out to me, though, was watching him work. He is clearly an expert at his job. While he was getting my service sorted out, he was simultaneously managing a phone call with another customer and seamlessly assisting a junior sales rep standing next to him. He was balancing all of this with total focus and professionalism—he truly knows his business inside and out. It is rare to find someone who handles both the technical side of the job and customer care with such efficiency and heart. Thank you, Darien, for going above and beyond. If you need help, this is the place to go, and Darien is the person you want to see Side note: sitting here writing this and watch

I booked an appointment for mounting two tires via the Tire Rack website (who is owned by Discount Tire) as part of the purchase. I called the store in advance to request alignment also be checked during the appointment. I was told "no problem just let us know when you come in for the appointment.” First, the tires arrived two days late so I had to reschedule for a week later. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the Assistant Manager, Justin, told me they don't mount tires in the sizes I had purchased (335/25R-20). After spending 10 or so minutes trying to figure out my next option (where to go, how to reship the tires, etc) another employee interjected and said they could mount the tires. Great, I again reminded them to check the alignment when finished. I told them I would be across the street having lunch and to call me when they were done. Almost three hours later, and no phone call, I went back to the store and found the car in the parking lot. I went inside and asked if it was ready and how the alignment looked. They said the tires were mounted but they didn't check the alignment because they don't do alignments for Corvettes. Discount Tire knew the tire

This is the best Discount Tire shop. They treated me like I really mattered. The tires the store on 120th and Washington sold me tires to small for my van. When I called to tell them the van felt unstable to drive on the people never returned my call. I called corporate and they sent me to the store on 104th and Colorado. The crew there took such good care of me and put the proper sized tires on my Van and it feels much safer to drive. I will only go here from now on. This shop has the best customer service of any tire shop I have gone to. Thank you to the crew at this shop you are the best. 5 star service.
